Overnight Courier - 1-2 Working Days R200

NB: If you order both 'In stock' and 'Pre-Order' clones, you will be charged shipping twice, as they will be shipped at separate times, from different locations around South Africa. We have 2 mother rooms nationwide to offer more variety.

We only ship using overnight due to the nature of our product. We will only ship on Monday, Tuesday and where possible, Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend.

Due to the nature of the product we ship, it is required that we ship the product in plastic containers for safe travel, as well as with a low wattage LED light to keep the plants in the ‘Vegetative’ Stage. These LED lights, with the batteries we use, have a lifetime of 72 hours at a high enough wattage that the plants can recognise and process. Therefore it is important for us to ship overnight, so that the plants have more than enough water in their pods and battery life in the lights to ensure that they travel safely without issue.

The Clone Club therefore also, depending on the area of sending and the destination area, only ships on Monday, Tuesday, and in some cases, Wednesday, allowing the products to only be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. This means that should an order be placed, the expected to be available at the shipping address, or have made arrangements for someone to receive the parcel for the next 3 business days.

The Clone Club is not liable for delays in shipping based on the client’s inability to be contacted by the courier of choice. Should the Courier not be able to contact you on the day of delivery, The Clone Club waivers all rights to refund.

The transporters and boxes made available to us allow us to ship up to 30 clones comfortably with the shipping cost we charge to the consumer, but if purchasing more than 30 clones at a time, an updated shipping cost must be calculated and we will be in touch to arrange this. Depending on where the destination is, allows us to charge differently for large parcels, therefore allowing us to pass our savings onto the consumer.

Our courier of choice is The Courier Guy, as they have provided the most consistent and safe service of our deliveries so far. We, depending on the needs of the consumer, will sometimes use their PUDO service, utilizing their locker system for improved convenience and turnaround time.

Should there be any issues with the fulfilment of the delivery (Stolen, Missing, Confiscation, Delays) The Clone Club will replace the order free of charge, based on any flexibility the consumer may have based on what remains ‘in stock’ and available to the consumer at the time of replacement.

The cost of overnight shipping for 24 clones or less is R200. This includes the clones, clone transporter, LED light, box, batteries and our cost of shipping. These are then for the client to keep.
