Refund policy


Should the clones arrive in an unhealthy manner, enough so to create physically damaged patches on the plants biomass (from dehydration, shock, dry leaves, yellowing, death). The Clone Club will replace the respective genetics free of charge under the following conditions:


  1. The client films the unboxing of the parcel and includes a clear view of each clone that has been purchased.
  2. The client films the unpacking and repotting of the clone.
  3. The client has a full record, with pictures, of the: Growing Medium, Fertiliser/Nutrients, PH/EC, Watering Times, Humidity, Temperature and Water Volumes, for the first 24 hours after arrival. 
  4. The above parameters need to be within the following ranges for The Clone Club to refund/replace:

EC: 0.0-1.0

PH: 5.8-7.5

Water Volumes: No more than 50% of the pot volume

Humidity: Between 55 & 80%

Temperature: Between 15 & 28 degrees Celsius


  1. The client uses Cannabis specific grow medium and fertiliser.
  2. The client uses the correct method of replanting the clones, within the first 12 hours after arrival, as well as filming the process.

The Clone Club does not offer refunds or replacements for customers that have not adhered to the above conditions. The Clone Club does not accept the risk of a product planted and watered incorrectly, in the incorrect conditions safe for the clone to stabilise and grow efficiently.



Should the above conditions be met, The Clone Club will replace the number of clones that have died, at the earliest convenience of the consumer, considering the availability of the genetics in stock.
